FERAL

FERAL is an untamed Spanish/American duo from Amsterdam featuring pounding beats

and chainsaw guitar riffs that sound like the Cosmic Psychos and Atari Teenage

Riot went out for a night of heavy drinking and started a band together. Their

original songs are a breath fresh electronic air in a synth-heavy egg-punk world

and the surprising selection of cover songs ranges from obscure Spanish 80’s

post-punk to the 60’s with Los Brincos and from The Stooges to country music

singer Roger Alan Wade. The end result is a banger of a debut album that never

bores and most of all blasts the hell out of any other electro-punk act today.

SNACKBAR

In 2026 keert SNACKBAR terug vanuit de Amsterdamse krochten naar het podium, met

vers bloed en nieuwe muziek. Verwacht een fatale dosis feministische hardrock

met krijsende orgels, snijdende gitaren en dwingende punkritmes. In 2024 kwam

hun eerste EP uit, een tweede is onderweg.

In de punt van de aanval powervrouw FVH, nog altijd vurig met een boodschap. Het

doel: meer ruimte opeisen voor vrouwen en andere gemarginaliseerde groepen. Het

middel: luide, directe, Nederlandstalige herrie. Andere bronnen van inspiratie

zijn het absurde allerdaagse, de door tl-balken verlichtte buurtsnackbar, de

bruine kroeg en vooral het opgroeien als vrouw. Het resultaat is een chaotische

ontploffing van feministische punk en 70s hardrock.
